The map extends from the Wild's of Kent in the SE to Farnham in the SW, then north to part of Bedfordshire in the NW and Braintre in the NE. The descriptive title runs across the top of the map with the imprint of Ô3d. Edition May 1st; 1813Õ centered. Hand-colored engraved map, folding in sections and mounted on linen, tears and holes at some folds, original marbled slip-case with oval printed label to upper cover, very worn, 8vo, James Heskett, 1813.

CONDITION

Very good with toning, stains, wear consistent with the age of this map. Linen is somewhat worn with holes at several of the intersections and separation at some folds as can be seen in the photos. Original case with label is present albeit very worn. See photos for details.
