1825 Vivien de Saint Martin antique copper engraved world map in two hemispheres.
Louis Vivien de Saint-Martin (22. Mai 1802 in Saint-Martin de Fontenay, died 3 January 1897 in Paris). He was one of the most important French geographers of the end of the 19th century.

Condition as acquired: Fine with overall toning as is typical. Moisture stain on the right part of the right half. Slight general soiling along the edges, Old tape residue in all corners. See photos for details.

Professionally cleaned, deacidified, and backed with Japanese tissue.
