Rare and large full-color detailed street map of Paris. This map has a title and description in both French and German describing the 3 primary parts of Paris: City, Town, University. The map shows incredible detail down to the building footprints of many of the structures of the time. Roads, buildings, palaces, churches, orchards, farmlands, and many other details are depicted clearly. A legend names and locates 23 places of interest. Four editions were published between 1720 and 1724. This is one of the later editions which include "Sac Caesura Majest Geogr" in the lower right description block.
